Many offices bond porcelain over the teeth that show and stop there. At Dental Healing Arts, we look at how your bite, jaw, gums, lip line, facial proportions, and overall oral health work together before we prepare a single tooth.
This philosophy is our Whole Smile Approach™, because veneers that last begin with understanding the whole system, not just the teeth that show when you smile.
• Metal-free porcelain, no gray line at the gumline • Minimally invasive preparation • Shade and translucency matched to your own teeth • Designed and approved before any tooth is prepped • Built to last, not just to photograph

At Dental Healing Arts, we approach your smile through the lens of holistic dentistry, looking beyond individual teeth to the health of your jaw, airway, facial balance, and overall wellness.
Your smile functions as part of a complete system. Jaw alignment can influence muscle tension and comfort. Airway health affects sleep and long-term health. Tooth position even shapes how your lips and facial features appear.
By combining biocompatible materials, ozone therapy, and precision techniques, we support both beautiful aesthetics and whole-body health—creating smiles that are naturally balanced, functional, and built to last.

Veneers sit against your gums for years, so what they are made of matters. We use all-ceramic porcelain with no metal substructure, chosen to work with your body rather than against it.
See Your New Smile Before We Start
Digital Smile Design lets us plan the result and show it to you before any enamel is touched. You approve the shape, length and proportions first, which is also how we keep the preparation as conservative as the case allows.
Frequently Asked Questions About Porcelain Veneers
What are porcelain veneers, and what can they fix?
Thin shells of porcelain bonded to the front of your teeth. They handle staining that whitening will not lift, minor chips and cracks, uneven or slightly misaligned teeth, and gaps. They change how a tooth looks, not how healthy it is, which is why we check the health first.
What is the difference between e.max and feldspathic veneers?
e.max veneers are incredibly thin and let light pass through for a natural translucency. They suit whiter, structurally sound teeth without large fillings. Feldspathic veneers are more delicate and give the widest aesthetic range, and our master technician sculpts each shell by hand. Which one is right depends on your enamel and the result you want.
How much of my natural tooth is removed?
A minimal amount of enamel is reshaped so the veneer sits flush rather than looking bulky. We plan the result first specifically so the preparation stays as conservative as the case allows.
Can I see my new smile before you prepare any teeth?
Yes. Digital Smile Design lets us design the result and show it to you first, so you approve the smile before any enamel is touched.
Will my veneers look natural?
That is the whole job. Shape, size, color and texture are matched to the teeth beside them and to your face, so the result reads as your smile rather than as dental work.
Are your veneers metal free and biocompatible?
Yes. We are a metal-free and mercury-free practice, and veneers are all-ceramic with no metal substructure. If biocompatibility is the reason you are looking at a biological dentist, it applies here too.
How long do porcelain veneers last?
With good hygiene and regular checkups, well-made porcelain veneers routinely last many years. Longevity depends on your bite, whether you grind, and how the margins are maintained. We will give you a realistic range for your own case at the consultation rather than a blanket number.
Do porcelain veneers stain?
Porcelain resists staining far better than natural enamel, which is one reason we use it. The natural teeth around them can still change color over time, so whitening is usually planned before the veneer shade is chosen.
How many visits does it take, and what does it cost?
Typically a consultation and design appointment, a preparation and impressions appointment, and a placement appointment. Cost depends on how many teeth are treated, which porcelain is used, and whether anything needs handling first. You get a written estimate after the consultation, before anything is scheduled.
Can I have veneers if I grind my teeth or have gum problems?
Often yes, once the underlying issue is addressed. Grinding is usually managed with a night guard, and gum health is treated before any porcelain goes on. Bonding veneers over an unresolved problem is how they fail early, so we check for it first.
